does a 96 toyota corolla 4cly 16 valve have a interference engine.

The best way to check is to go 160km/h and then downshift into 2nd and pop the clutch out.

That, or you could ask a Toyota forum because most of the clowns here don't even know what an engine is, let alone the answer to your question.
