It's not often you see a supra pulling the front wheels.

Nice pic either way. :thumbsup

I wonder guys, how do you join Toyota engine with american tranny and rear end?

Is there "spacer" kit or the job itself must be compleatly custom?

j_qwik81 02-27-2005 01:03 AM

:thumbsup :thumbsup

although I am a supra fanatic since the 87 gt's, Its hard to admit that their not great drag cars. A old saying "Whats the difference between a 500hp supra and a 1000hp supra.... They both run 13's." Wish the rear suspention was better setup, but thats JGTC production cars for yeah. :smokin:

you know, lifting wheels in the air doesnt necessarily mean u're gonna run faster than another car....

a properly setup car wont have to lift wheels but will shoot out of the hole like a bullet...

its all in the setup of the car

GinoLicious 03-05-2005 12:34 PM

Nice car.

There are adapter plates to make them bolt up properly. I imagine there is a company that makes them for the mk4. Although for my gen people do them custom. It's really not that hard to make one.

A stock IRS suspension mk4 ran 7 second ET's. On a drag radial too.

Most of the stuff on a 7 second car isnt street or stock :retard:

^I think he meant stock STYLE suspension...

And yea, a stock LS1 car can pull the same or bigger wheelie, i seen it...but for a supra, thats a nice one, its true u dont usually see them pulling the front...i like it though, u see the whole effect, the driver and passenger side came up evely it looks like (nice stiff chassis, nice sfc i bet) and u can see the slicks crinkle...good stuff :thumbsup
