so the one officer was driving a marked cruiser and was clocked by another officer doing radar?> Dont these guys know where eachother radars are set-up? and most likely they were both from the same department? Im pretty sure there is more to the story......prolly some inside beef... Whichever officer gave him that ticket must be looked down-upon in his department....Whistle-blowin bitch.

Now for the cop hit the horses....LOL!
