2 Questions: Speeding and Disobey Sign

I had an 87 in a 60 ticket, went to court and they reduced it to 75 in a 60, that's still 2 points right?

Also I have a disobey sign trial coming up, it was on Richmond St downtown in the evening during the winter, anybody have any tips on how to beat it?

Pionts dont matter to the insurance companies anymore. They see whatever the court agrees on and modifies your coverage accordingly. Say you get it reduced to 5 or 10 over, which is no points, the insurance company still sees it and adds it to your policy.

Try and lessen the fine or get the ticket dropped. When did you get this ticket, was it snowing? Was there a tree in the way of the sign? Is there a street light above the sign?

Measuring that particular sign to see if conforms with the standards of Regulation 615 sec 21 TURN SIGNS...at least 60cm x 60cm in dimension.

Well, on a lighter note....if the sign would have said "FREE GAS" you would have seen the sign!
