95 in 50
 

ok so i got a speeding ticket for 95 in a 50..cop said i was doing 110 but i hit my breaks fats enoguh he clocked it at 95 lol...so i get the ticket and i asked to see radar and he goes i dont gotta show u..then says how hes trained and to use one..and then goes..u wanna no the truth ? i said yea..he goes i had u at 110 and then i reclocked it at 95..so i shoudl be taking ur car right now...so i said ok ? ..so i was aobut 100meters form an 80 zone.. and the ticket was 335$ ...think i can get outa this at all ? or am i ****ed...any tips ?

95-80 = 15 over no points, PERFECT

but you lose and you pay the whole thing cause your car is supa fast it can do 0-95km/h in 10 secs YO

if you were actualy doing 110 in a 50 you got off lucky man.

but see i really dontthink i was oging that fast..seems a little redicuals..plus why wouldnt he take my car..like thats a huge thing right now...if he coulda taken it he woulda ...i jsut dont belive it cause why wouldnt he show me the radar... i asked 2 or 3 times.. so i duno..
maybe i wll say i was in the 80 when he actually pulled me over..but i guess got me while i was technicily in the 50

well he doesnt have to show you the radar by any means. Saying that you were in the 80 is probably a bad move considering he is going to note where he was doing radar at the time. Set a court date, once you get it request full disclosure see what he has written about the whole incident, then make a decision as to whether you want to keep going with your case or not. You can always change your mind and plead guilt, guilty with and explanation.

ya he doesnt have to show u that radar at all because theres a possible chance that the radar gun could fall off the seat of his car while hes trying to get ya, but just send in the ticket, i got caught doing 85 in a 40 its been a year n a half and i still didnt get anything back from the city so i guess it doesnt count against me.....but mine was at like 6 in the morning, send it in and basically they'll reduce it for ya, probably get back ur points and just pay a smaller fine

too bad he didnt book you for 50 over...id like to see you fight that one.
and he doesnt have to show you , no matter how much you ask.
