The Petition to Abolish Ontario's Front Plate was created a few months ago, that you and 6,000+ other Ontario tax-paying drivers signed against Ontario's front license plates, citing millions in tax savings, saving gas, cutting greenhouse emissions, and lower insurance costs. This petition has been profiled in the National Post, debated on Toronto AM 640, posted on Driving.ca and referenced in the New Brunswick Telegraph-Journal. PLEASE TELL A FRIEND AND PASS THIS ALONG! With a new Transportation Minister we will have the best opportunity to enact this change for the better!

Already saw this a while back, ill say it aghain I don't care, we got bigger problems like speed limits, shitty driving, no infrastructure... and you're bitching about plates that bother ur your mega rice bumper? All the other issues you pointed out a small potatos like it or not.

Ontario police forces are switching to Laser speed enforcement which primarily relies on the front lisence plate as a "target" for the officer to aim at. You know the way Ontario relies on speeding ticket money for it's very survival. Therefore, Ontarians will always have front plates (unless a law is passed that we must place an equally effective "target" on the front, at our own expense of course)

Please point me in the direction of the petition to stiffen penailties for drunk driving, or the petition to increase fines and suspensions for first time drunk drivers. I'll sign that, really who cares if you have a front plate or not?!

I wish at least our plates looked a little better, they ruin nice cars. Europe plates look much nicer in my opinion.
