Anyone know if cops watch Compass cameras?

Does anyone know if the police, or some other party, watches the Compass cameras and initiates police engagement if you're going "substantially" faster than the flow of traffic? Hypothetically speaking, some "persons" may have been known to have doubled, or tripled, the speed limit on the highways and I wonder if "they'll" get caught.

FYI, Compass cameras are the ones mounted on the 400 hwys and watch flow of traffic. You can view live feeds off the web.

*** Grammer corrected as per suggestion below.

i won't even comment on how grammatically incoherant your message is, oh wait, i just "did" ...

as for the police actually monitoring compass cameras for speeders, i really think it'd be easier just to setup a speed trap in a hidden location on the highway. there's tons of spots on the 404/401 where a cruiser could be hidden and ready to catch people who are obviously speeding or flying through traffic. imagine how long it would take to relay information from the person who is watching the compass camera to a cruiser, than have the cruiser move in to intercept. by then, the speeder could be gone or off the highway.

Those cameras are used by the people who write those pointless messages on the highway message signs (don't drink and drive, don't talk on the cell, brush after every meal...). Police don't monitor those cameras, but they check the tapes if they're investigating a serious accident.

OR the person monitoring the cameras might type info to be sent to the digital boards above the highway to say..

"Some " on a cellphone just caused another accident"
