Kanetix: Car Insurance, Auto Insurance Quotes, Life Insurance, Home Insurance, Travel Insurance. Compare online insurance rate quotes in Toronto, Ontario, Alberta, BC, Quebec and most of Canada. ...... 6-7K is with colission.. if you drop the colission it will go down to abuot 4000, and the money you save in a year can buy you a new car, so clearly, having colission is very stupid.. unless you plan on crashin, and having them fix ur car, in which case ur insurance will go up..

your best off with probly going with belair or desjardin, ( possibly statrfarm ) with no colission, no comprehensive, and if you do get in an accident, deal with it cash behind their back

you are like me a year ago with my talon

allaboutmoney 11-07-2007 10:19 AM

yeeh that's exactly what iw as looking for just on liability, no collision and my insurance is stilll high, ima just wait and and see if i can get it under my dads

89daytona 11-07-2007 12:12 PM

you will b like 350 with tax min. insurance doesent let you be a rat.. e.g. my house my mom n dad have cars, they cant have a 3rd and let me be 2nd,i had to be primary

powered_by_audi 11-12-2007 01:06 PM

wow well i have a 1991 civic hatch and i pay 300 a month .. 1 way and i have my g2 but one thing that u can do to help lower it is to put the car under your moms name or someone with a good licence (female) it will lower the rate by about 100. it worked for me.. oh btw. my company is Wawanesa

Call State Farm and ask for Brent Holmes. He'll be able to help you out

try rbc insurance, i started there and they were pretty cheap. There is no point in getting collision, so just get liability...and stay away from trouble....
good luck
mike

Yeah, RBC is good for noobies, especially students....I remember when I first started driving, they were pretty much one of the only companies that would ensure me for a reasonable price.
