Convicted of Improper use of HOV lane without getting a court letter
 

Hi,

I just received a notice of fine and due date stating I have been convicted of Improper use of HOV lane last June. I appealed for this ticket but I never got any court letter regarding court date. The letter say I owe $120 in fine and I am quite sure I got 3 demerit points as well.

I was told to head to 1530 markham road and ask for reopening of the case.

Is there anything I should be aware of? They won't put me in front of the judge the same day, right?

3 demerit points is hella weak, fight it.
