I was biking down the street the other day and my friend(Jason)
got pulled over by the cops and he made him pull in to the parking lot of the convience store and and so I went in on the step of the store and just listened in on what was going on and the cops was being a usual dick cause hes got a rsx thats riced out and he just got a metalic paint job put on it orange and black and the cop was doing the basic questions and everything and he asked if he could under the hood and when my the cop went walking towards the hood jason pressed the nitrous button and sprayed the cops with the purge so now he has a charge for having nitrous installed...But will he get a something spraying the cops?

BAHAHAHA... That is just pure jokes, I find that extremely funny.

If the cop stuck his head under the hood and then your friend intentionally sprayed him, then he deserves whatever charge is going to be laid upon him. Seriously, why do that?

Actually it doesnt take much pressure to damage an eye or ear drum in an incident like that . Even high pressure blowing onto skin can cause blood clots an .

Nitrous is perfectly legal in your car right now. They have not passed a bill yet to outlaw it. Unless you have over 75kg (or is it lbs) of nitrous, you don't even have to placard legally.

But being an idiot and purging on the cops can be several charges, including administering a noxious substance, and assulting a police officer.

It is legal to possess nitrous oxide. However, the system must be securely mounted. The bottle should be mounted rigidly away from crumple zones. Hatchbacks with bottles containing compressed gas must have a blow-by tube routed underneath the car; in case of failure the gas vents out of the vehicle, not in it. Do not drop it or damage the valve and do not grind off the bottle's date of manufacture. Secure bottles firmly in their mounting brackets, preferably with rubber insulation to protect the bottle. The lines from the bottle to the engine must be of the highest quality and kept separate from all heat sources.
Note: Although legal to possess, most insurance companies will not insure a vehicle equipped with nitrous oxide systems.

Nitrous Oxide is LEGAL to have in your vehicle under the Transportation Dangerous Goods Act BUT certain conditions apply. (you have driver training, vehicle has placards, security and bill of lading, identifes dangerous good on board)

HOWEVER, it is legal to have nitrous hooked into the fuel system, which then does not fall under the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act as you are not "transporting" the dangerous goods. But not certain if this would now fall under the Ministry of Environment regulations??

(and i didnt kno there was a noise by-law at 1:30 Pm for havin ur music 2 loud on private property. 2 loud meanin me nd my bredjin was talkin clearly 2 each other but 2 cops rode up on bikes nd tol us they got a complaint :bs: ).

Next time just ask for the incident number, this way you know the police were dispatched to this incident. If no incident number, then no complaint, then proceed via a complaint against that particular officer(s).

Further, does not matter what time of the day for a noise complaint. It falls under mischief under the criminal code, where one is preventing another from the lawful enjoyment of their property..........of course there still has to be a complainant and I'm sure a history of repeat noise complaints would also add to the evidence for this type of charge.........but just letting you know this type of charge is available as well.

Thx, but dats only 1 of my problems solved, wat about the WWB charge (Walkin While Black) a couple times dis happened in malton (worse peel place 2 b) nd tha other times i was in clarkson down by port credit. nd as for tha noise complaint i was behind inverhouse appartments nd we were only testin bass on 2 visonik subs which only peak at 600w nd they werent even in boxes o nd he threatned my bredjin 2 charge him for not speakin english cuz hes from NYC :eyes:
