Well i got a ticket in october this yr by peel police.

i went to the courthouse and put it to trial.

Today i got a letter from City fo Mississaugua it says

Return of Notice of Intention to Appear

We are returning your Notice of INtention to Appear due to:

The Certificate of Offence has not been recieved by the court, Police Failed to file the ticket

Please note that this does not prevent the Police from taking further action by re-issuing the charge by way of summons.

Wtf does this mean .. never had to fight a ticket by peel before .. Am i off the hook?

Your off the hook unless the police decide they still want to charge you. Unless it was a major ticket you should be ok.
