Need some help

Heres the story,

I just got pulled over yesterday just because the cop wanted to make sure im not "violating" my conditions, he ask for everyone elses drivers license or id except for me, he didnt ask me for my drivers license at all, all i gave him was my ownership and my insurance papers. Everything checked out and he said we can go on our way.

STUPID ME i have been drinkn that nite but not much, a scent of alcohol on me, i needed directions so i went back and talk to the cop and he smells the alcohol now, runs a breathalyzer and its reads alert meaning i shouldnt be driving. i currently have my g2, NOW he demands my drivers license. Then i realize i didnt even have it on me after searching the car FOR 30 mins.

Keep in mind i was in the backseat of his car already, after the breathalyzer, and if i seemed impaired he wouldnt have let me out to search the car. I have 3 other people in the car with me at the moment to corroberate my story.

I just wanna know if i can get the cop for not going by protocol or something technical to kinda get rid of this ticket.

the cop was even sure i gave him my drivers license but in fact it was at home! cuz i calld my sister to check.

I COULD HAVE AVOIDED THIS JUST BY LEAVING WITHOUT ASKING FOR DIRECTIONS. anyways wat do u guys think.

Ticket #1 - Class g2 license holder - drive when blood alcohol concentration above zero

Ticket #2 - Driver fail to surrender license

12 hour suspension (registered a "Warn" on an approved screening device

I think this is the funniest story I've ever read on this site. I also think you need a defence attorney to fight this as best you can.

No you dumb , you could have avoided it by not drinking and driving. You have you G2, which means NO ALCOHOL:retard: Have fun paying for your insurance for the next couple years.

Maybe, since your insurance is going to be so expensive, you should just not drive. With the time you aren't driving, you can work on your spelling and grammar.
