What if you have a car soo low to the ground? What happens do they call a flat bed?
There is no need to worry. IT WILL BE THAT WAY. They can abuse their power and they WILL.

They wont give a shiet about your car. I have picked up my friends car from a towing company the cops used. ITS A JUNK YARD. You know the company who tow your junk car for free?

This place is quickly becoming a police state with no regulation...Can't wait to get out of here.
I also have a couple witnesses that were driving behind that can testify in court that I was not doing 66 over.
witness means nothing. Disclosure is what it matters. If the cop somehow got it on radar then you would lose. Otherwise, you won but you still have another from being ****ed with all the fees.

If, upon disclosure, it's apparent the officer had no grounds to lay the charge, I'd go further and make a formal complaint regarding the officers conduct in the matter. The intent of the suspension and impoundment powers is clearly spelled out in the law - if officers are not acting in accordance with that intent, they need to be held accountable.
One thing i'm very unsure about, is it by law the officer has to show us the radar reading if the offender request it? I recall that was back in 2001.

If the OP knows for the fact that its not on radar, this is a good case to challenge the Charter right.

However as i said about, i highly doubt the cop can be that stupid knowing he would get seriously problem with his supervisor.

Cops are ******** so be an back. Theres alot of loopholes through everything, learn them and you'll be free.

dont talk out of your ***. They will call whatever tow truck is neccesary to do the job because of insurance regulations. Your telling me that if you drive a lambo or 911 they are going to deem your car unsafe if it doesnt fit on a regular tow truck?

anyway. let us know what happened dude. goodluck. radar calibration. look into it
