and they lowered it to a no license charge
which was 230 bucks and no points/record

so i guess thats bout the minimum u could get

i know a gurl...15 took daddys 89 beater sikvic ...wrote it off against a tree on a residential road, drunk enough to try n fight the cop, and not able to remember much the next day...ALOT of court costs, and lawyers fees but bottom lined at, she has an interview before she can get her g1, earliest at 17...

OOOO and she had to pay 250 dollars to replant the cities tree

Hey Im curious - where does it say that its a felony or criminal to drive without a license?

yrs ago I drove for almost a full year without a license, bot my first car at 15. My mom never had a license and still doesnt and drove. She got pulled over a few times and just small tix for her driving offence but nothing criminal related. She's only ever really driven a few times in her life. From back then - what Ive known is that if yer caught enough times without a license - they automatically issue you 1 cuz they fig yer driving so might as well keep track of you.

djtelx 08-15-2007 01:06 PM

don't drive without a licence...chances of you getting caught are really high these days, donn take the unnessary risk

BlZnLoW 08-15-2007 08:23 PM

Driving with no license is ALOT easier than driving under suspension,
driving under suspension is a criminal matter, where as driving with NO license is a fine.

its like getting penalized for taking a test and then losing ur license rather than just driving without it :S

holy sh** :wtf: :wtf:

do they look at when it happend or do they look at the court date of ur conviction?

any way around it or out of it?

im desperate for anything now..

BlZnLoW 08-19-2007 03:30 PM

im sure double jeapordy comes into play for that in a way, not specificly that
i mean if 2 cops watch you shop lift, can u be charged twice? NO
BUT there DEFFINITLY gunna enforce teh higher one...
a good lawyer can PROBABLY find a loophole, to find neglegence on the officers part...i would advise hiring a lawyer for the same cost ur tickets are gunna be...bugt a 50 over is an automatic interview as to why u should keep ur license...and tehre getting to be stubborn about those...used to be easy...
"i drive to work, help my family blah blah blah..." now u have to PROVE u NEED ur license to use that excuse...and it goes on ur record that u had that interview FOREVOR ...even after the fine, and points are gone

so basically the 3 or 4 year deal is over? the record stays on then it wont go away?

BlZnLoW 08-20-2007 12:26 PM

Well lets say u were 17 got 3 speeding tickets totaly 6 or more points...
u then go in for an interview ...that is supposed to scare uto smarten up...or u will lose ur license ...they are starting to take it away during that interview...

well now ur 25 lets say...when ur insurance company brings up ur record...they will not see teh 3 speeding tickets or the points that went along with them
they WILL see the driver improvement interview there tho...which will tell them u were doing sumthing foolish/contstantly and didnt think about the consequences...

NOT a good thing for ur insurance rates...lol

but yes points come off after 2 years and tickets 3 i belive i heard sumwhere...
but it might be 3 and 3

thanks for the info bro

so now about the suspended liscense will the insurance companies see that say like when im 25 or wud it be erased?

BlZnLoW 08-20-2007 10:06 PM

i couldnt tell ya that
insurance companies go by there own rules sumtimes...
im 19, 5 speeding tickets (3 major)
alota vehicle violations
3 suspensions for unpaid tickets and now i have one for a DUI
and no im not an idiot that gets drunk n drives...i blew 87mg
i was about a sip over...

neway...until my suspension for my DUI...about 2 months ago
my rates NEVER once went up on any vehicle...for any of my tickets...
but as far as wat they can see on ur record as far as suspensions...i dont know...i jus know that interview will always remain...
