got ticket turning right at richmond st. from younge st., standing cop pulled me over and he said take out ur license & didnt say anything whats my violation then he came back wit a improper right turn ticket..2 points demerit!
should i fight this ticket??

Fight every single ticket.... even if the cop says you shouldn't because he already lowered the fine or is giving you a break. Thats B.S.

Fight it, 2 demerit points will have a severe impact on your insurnace rate. The cost of hiring a paralegal is far lower then the money thrown away on premiums
