no seatbelt ticket
 

so last night on the way home from wasaga

i was twist so i let this girl drive my whip back.....
got paced at 140 in an 80.....

somehow got off with just tickets..... imma assume it didnt get ghet took cause she was only pacing us but same ways... :| too close for comfort

anyways

my dumbass is in the back middle, never been in the back before so i have got no idea where the belt is.. im searching everywhere when the lights go off but cant find it... was dug into the seat.. so of course i get booked too...

i get a 110 for fail to wear complete seat belt assembly.....

is there any easy way t o fight this?
take it to court usually get off or what?

my base plan was "it was dark she couldnt tell if i had it on or not, i was wearing a dark hoody" and go with that :S but now not so sure


on the ticket, where it says the date, it looks alot more like 2003, the 8 booth circles arent even close to touching, and the rest of the 8's on the page are

and also, where it says witnesses y/n she marked no, but i had 4 girls in the car with me

everyones thoughts???

witnesses mean independant witnesses, the 4 girls are not independant witnesses.

Just remember, lying is bad, and is a criminal offence when in the courts ;)
