parkin police?
Yo about a month or so I was chillin at my buddies downtown for no more then 10 mins guy. I looked out the window and this bunkster rentacop was slappin a ticket on my ride. i jumped up and booted downstairs to tell him i was movin the car in a sec. i got out and he looks up up and says your car is parked with no recipet in the window.. yo i fed him a line telli n him I left it on the outside of the window on the wiper blade and . playin bunk ya kno? anyways he put up a fuss sayin that was my fault n now i was gettin a ticket. i told him straight up yo you plop that ticket on my window u gonna be tastin my LUGZ 2 secs later. the guy looked shocked and and just left. yo i opened my mail today and it said failure to pay parkin fine yo wtf?? the guy left with my TICKET in his hand guy. since i never offically got the ticket maybe I should step up? this is complete disrespect for a citizen of toronto yo i pay taxes and YO I pay this mans salary.. these people need to stragiht up realze toronto is up in population. parkin gonna be come a issue. im goin down to there headquarters tommorow. but still maybe i should step up further?

You admited to knowin bout the ticket.. you refused to take the ticket..but you are aware of it none the less. ( IF I lost all my tickets.. you think that would fly in court sayin I never got it? )
Your claim that you put your ticket on the windshield.. err.. first off.. nobody on the road with more then 2 brain cells will ever put it there ( especially outdoors ).
You also threatened him ( which is chargeable )
IF you're plannin on goin to the office.. make sure you're packin yo and wave it all over.. and bring them Thug crews down with ya for intimidation factor..

in my opinion, the parking officer should have called for backup and your *** should have been shot or thrown in jail. telling the cop your gonna **** him up? 
if you had an issue you shoulda talked to him politely (you can use a dictionary to find the meaning) or taken it to court. but, from what i (struggled) to read, you were illegally parked to chill with your boys; not an emergency; you shoulda just put a quarter or two in the thing.
yea, word. except don't do it in the mornings, i can't be late for school

buddy alot of worst things could have happened to u, trust me i know because i got a ticket on king street where u gotta pay to stay there untill 11:59pm then its free, i had a ticket and it expired at 11:55pm and the parking enforcement dude gives me the ticket even though i explained everything to him he was just being an ***, i started cussing and in less than 10mins there was a cop coming to question me about what all over a $30 ticket see ur lucky u weren't arrested for verballing assaulting an officer of the law and threatning him cause u could be in jail or even get another ticket. Now stop whinning and pay the damn ticket cause ur brain is unstable and ur intellectually challenged.

Ok straight ballinz.. yo i reached down to the head office and demanded to speak to the officer who had gave me this ticket. they said he is on duty and so i was like naw yo i aint leavin till this guy drops in and apolgizes for disrespectin me and . i told the woman he WALKED AWAY WIT DA TICKET after i had shown him whats what. i layed it to all 3 ppl near the desk that i was payin taxes and they wouldnt even have jobs n if i didnt pay taxes and that . at that moment they got all ignorant with me yo so i brooxed up my attitute and demanded respect. yo next thing 2 fukin bacon bits show up behind me and start asking questions like why am i here and why am i raisein my voice. yo i told them i kno my rights and and told them to go fly a kite and that. YO theys laughed at each other for A SPLIT second and grabbed me and took me outside yo TOTAL disrespectin me.. they told me to leave the area or i would be arrested and . *** yo straight up my rights was viollated yo enough ppl are lucky i wasent to upset. low ballin straight up.
