ya I know, but its better then not doing anything. Takes all of 25 seconds. I agree these things usually don't go anywhere. But I know the Author personally of this and he's the kind of guy who will take it as far as possible.

Maybe you should try an catch some speeding government officials in cars. Report that stuff to like CBC and maybe they do a story. Even if they're doing like 120km/h just be like if they drive it they must feel it should be the speed limit. Then should people really get their license taken away for driving 30km/h over at 150km/h. I dunno just throwing the idea out there.

Well it doesn't hurt to sign it, but as was stated, chances of any change are VERY slim.
