Project ERASE

Heres a link to the site and the have a MODS section where it gives you what you aren't allowed to have on your car and the section of the HTA it references, the part i like the best is the bottom of the page where it says

Pretty cool.
Thanks for the site. So nitrous is legal.
But I wish they had more than that cold air intake. Oh well.

Are you serious? ..... k I'll teach you... its pretty hard to learn though so make sure you have a pad and pencil ready.

You click the link, you see the picture with the red and white bubbles... you put ur mouse over the bubbles... a lil box pops up and tells you if its legal or not.

u got all that?

Wow, some good info I was not aware of.

I have to fix a wheel stud off my Civic. It broke off and I didn't realize it was illegal.

Its strange that the police never said anything about the seatbelts in my rabbit when they pulled me over last weekend. I've got 4 corbeau seats all with 5 point belts. I even had my 2 year old son with me in the back. In a child seat. They sent me for a safety inspection on Sunday. They had it set up on victoria st in Kitchener. Never said anything about the roll cage either. They tried to get me for no catalyic convertor, but the rabbit never had one from the factory, and fortunately, I didn't paint over the original emissions sticker that was on the hood. All they did was go over it bumper to bumper, and send me on my way. Try explaining that to your 2 year old who just wants to go to the park. Why did they stop us Daddy? Because we are driving a car that fits the street racing profile. That's what I was told. So that's what I told my son when they were inspecting the car. My son turned to the guy under the car and said, "Daddy only race on track. NOT ON STREET. That stupid." I just about laughed out loud. :bs:
