your talking about the address on ur license? fook that, just get it changed and by the time court comes along, just show them that u changed ur address and they will drop it off completely......to request disclosure, u have to first set trial and recieve the notice in the mail about when and where ur court date is, and then request disclosure.

good luck

why do ppl say to just pay it cuz your "in the wrong"...i wonder how many ppl giving that advice would just pay it... who cares whose in the wrong... these tickets include court costs so dont just pay it, get the money's worth if your destined to lose and take it to court...hopefully you might get out of it...

Pay it , because your are in the wrong, you can't deny it. Do you argue with a cop after you got a ticket for your 2.5" exhaust with a puched cat and reving at 8000rpm? No your wrong and you deserve the ticket, just pay it.
Besides its a non-moving violation so it doesn't effect your insurance. Don't know what everyone else does for a living, but I am not taking a day off of work for a $100 ticket especially when it won't raise your insurance.

then dude i guess your lucky or haven't renewed b/c my past insurance company seen a couple "non-moving violation" ...and ....up she goes...but I got a hook-up now;) so its all good...no more high insurance fee for me;)

by the way, my buddy has 3-4 "non-moving" violation....guess what...UPPP she went...meh, but watever for you it's no problem to pay or not fight.. but for me i will fight for any little FaCKEN TICKET!!!!!!!

brownkaos112 05-10-2005 10:46 PM

buddy its not just me getting ed.... go ask around at different brokers... there are only a few insurance companies that dont care about non-moving violations... but the majority do... the majority want any excuse to increase your rates... your lucky that your insurance company doesnt care about non-moving violations.... dont tell him to just pay the ticket unless he knows the consequences for sure.... i would suggest he contact his broker and find out
