Red light camera

Hi everybody,

I did some reading about red camera violations and want to clarify my situation; thanks for your help in advance.

I've got a red light camera ticket while making a right turn at the intersection where it's permitted. I go to work this way for 3 years now and never had any issues ...
Pics made by the camera show my vehicle at the intersection before white line and then the second image is empty (I've made a right turn). Third one has my plate on it :(.

I know that this type of ticket is not affecting my insurance, etc. but since I think I didn't violate the rules, I'm going to court.

If somebody has similar experience please advice how to deal with the judge.

it's going to be nearly impossible to dispute that ticket, unless you can prove that you were not the driver of the vehicle.

Best bet is to plea to a lesser charge.

Im not a lawyer so dont take my word for it...

But Red Light Cameras are just tickets, they dont affect your insurance cause they cant prov who was in the car.

If you wanna fight it you can, but unlike most traffic tickets, if you pay it... it goes away.

Insurance is not informed, doesnt appear on your abstract, basiclaly like a parking ticket.

Just wanted to qualify the above with some documentation . See My Traffic Ticket Defence Wiki the HTA LAW is right there.
