Hello, my paps got a speeding ticket a few months ago...his first attendance has been scheduled for july....can he request disclosure of evidence before first attendance? Or does he have to wait and see what they say at the first attendance and then make the request? How does he go about making the request for full disclosure? Who does he mail/contact? His court is the one at the Civic Center on Eglinton and Black Creek.

Yes he can. Send a letter to the provicial prosecutor at the address that is on the trial date notice they mailed to you. Just make sure it has his name, address, and the offence number and ask them to mail you full disclosure. You'll probably just get a copy of the ticket which will be almost unreadable and full of short forms that the pigs use. If you want anything else make sure you ask for it.
