Speeding ticket
 

Well back in June of this year I was driving back to Shannonville for the second day of solo1 season opener and I was stoped by a police officer for what he said was 110 in a 80. I figured I was doing 100 so he was nice enough to reduce it to 100(such a nice guy) I then had a court day set and asked for the Discloser from the officer and left it at that, now a couple months down the road it came time to have my court date but I hadn't recieved my discloser. So having read a bunch of posts on here I decided to go to the court and ask for a continuance, I explained to the prosecutar about the iscloser and even said oh yea I only got it a couple days or a week ago and he then suggested that I wait and see if the officer would show up or not and if he did ask for the continuance. About half hour later I was called in and I stated my name and another officer went out to the main hall and waiting room calling my officers name at that point he came back in and said no responce and the prosecutar suggested the ticket be dismissed.

I left a very happy person.
