speeding ticket help
 
i just got this ticket today for 22 over in a 50 zone which is a 107$ fine...i dont care about paying the ticket but i just dont want it to go to insurance im going to schedule my court date tommorow..will insurance without a doubt find out about this ticket or if i win in court it will be droped and insurance has no way in figuring out

unless you bring attention to your policy # with your insurane company.. chances are they will not see it.. just keep quiet.. but if they ask you, then you can;t lie..

If you win it court it essentially means you weren't speeding in the first place in terms of the legal systems opinion. Insurance Companies go by what the legal system tells them. If the legal system says "He wasn't speeding" the insurance company won't know .
