Ok, this is for a friend. I don't know if you all remember the case or not. But it was last september and strokerace and his buddy that owned the Vega went to court last week to fight the 13 some odd charges against them. After 4 hrs of hearing both sides of the arguement, the judge dropped all charges and stated that there wasn't enough evidence for the case. It was also brought out that the cops lied in their report about the other car leaving. The officer admitted in court that he knew the other guy and that he was talking to him at the scene. I would really like to get ahold of the transcripts of this case. If anyone knows how, please let me know, or if someone from the whitby area would like to get a copy so we can see what was said.
