Ticket 62 km/h in 40 area - fight or pay?
 

I was driving downhill on Keel St in South direction. just beofre Bloor St. There is the sign 40 down at the very end of the hill... for proper reaction the sign would have to stay much earlier.
What are concequences if I pay vs. going to court - any chance to fight?

u got 2 options

option 1: pay fines, lose points increase insurance

option 2: go to court, they will make a deal with u. probably drop the speeding limit and give you a lower fine + no demerit points. or cop doesnt show and ur free.

imo..option 2

no matter what anyone says, my opinion is fight every ticket. By paying you automatically accept an insurance hike for 3 years... beieve me its better to take your chances and go to court

Always take it to court, you always have a better outcome than just paying ur ticket
