will the ticket be thrown out if the cop wrote the wrong street on the ticket? I also took pics of the scene like the street thats written on the ticket, and where i really got stopped. Will that hold up in court? pls PM me or email me at mazdarx7gt@yahoo.ca

It's going to be your word against the cops. You're probably going to lose, but it's always worth a try.

Not a chance. They'll just ammend the ticket in court. If they let off every ticket that had a mistake on it, that would be 99% of them. Is graduating high school even a requirement for becoming a cop? anyway good luck.

Ask for disclosure. If his notes have the incorrect address, than you might be able too. However, if the officer has the correct street in his/her notes, they will just amend the ticket.

The pic you took.. did it have the cruiser in it? CAuse they can always say that "prove you just didn't go to some other random street and take a pic of that street and claim that the ticket was wrong"

Running stop sign tickets are impossible to beat. Simply because my mom was puking when she got one, and she didnt go through it, she did a rolilng stop on the way to the hopsital because no one was home. She got a ticket and the cop said well your stupid you shouldnt be driving. Well what is she just suppose to sit at home puking her guts out? Sometimes cops have no common sense. Moral of the story, she lost.
