ticket TROUBLE, 3 for 3 !

Talk about bad luck, I got 3 damn tickets in 3 weeks.. All from downtown Toronto.

1) going to a Raptors game on a Sunday afternoon, exit Richmond off DVP , 73 on a 50 (downhill), which is seriously retarded.. $40

2) Parking on McCaul and Dundas, "parking w/o permit" supposedly occurs after 12:01 am even tho i paid for parking... and I left at 1 AM. $30

3) This is what I need some help on...

Running Red, Dundas and Gould (Yonge), I was pulled over the next intersection when the cop said I ran a red, even when I DIDN'T. I said i didn't run the red.. and that's when he said "thats the dangerous part, you didn't even know you did it". and he took all the papers, and info, and it took him about 1/2 hr to check my stuff,.. he was probably trying to get me for something else.... the ticket came out to be $180 and i dunno how many points deducted...

any suggestions of what i can do ? any help would be great thanks.

Have you already paid (plead guilty) to the speeding charge? If not take both tickets in to the Crown and ask him if he would consider dropping the red-light ticket for a guilty plea on the speeding, in order to avoid trials for both. A 2nd conviction on your record will most likely see a hefty insurance increase next renual. Try to get your case continued until AFTER your next insurance renual. At least that will buy you another year on the impending increase.

This is another example of why you should plead not-guilty to ALL tickets. The extra time you now have can work in your favour.

Pay the parking ticket. No Insurance issues.

what do you expect when the police force is more concerned about equal hiring practice compared to hiring competent individuals.
