Yay 5 undercover Cop cars pull me over!!!!!
 

here is my question does any of this warrent a reason to pull me over and request my drivers licance, inshurance, and proof of ownership? should i fight this ticket ?

ok heres what happend i went to lescratch a local bar that is in a privetly owned parking lot, at about 10 30 i saw a few of my friends so squeeled my tires shortley before leaving, never speading i left the parking lot of the bar onto the main street not speeding 60km in a 60 zone and proper signeling about 2 blocks later i get pulled over by 5 undercover cop cars and trucks, i give the one officer my information i gave him my inshurance and my ownership witch were both valid, however my temperary g permit expired? these officers lean into my car and kinda look around, little to be said i got a ticket for failour to present licance? i believe,

by me squeeling my tires in a private parking lot warrent a reason to pull me over?
should i fight this ticket or try to settle it with the justice of the peace and the prosicutor?

I was watching a legal video not too long ago with a buddy of mine who got the same ticket. What we found out is that technicly you do not need a DL when you drive a privetly owned car. You only need a DL when you're operating comercial vehicle.
When you're operating your own car your traveling. When you're operating comercial vehicle you're driving.

I might be wrong so can somebody with more legal advice chime in?

sadly, they can pull you over for what ever reason they wanna make up... maybe your car looked like on they were looking for who knows... in court it doesnt matter the reason why they did... all they care is why your there in this case the invalid lic. bring in a valid one to an early resolution appt. and might get it thrown out...

the thing is i lost my g, i only got my g2 and my g paper, should i clame i havent got my g licance yet in the mail?

you can get that ticket thrown out easy

fight it - its wont cost you any points .. tell the judge you lost it - when you show up for your courtdate show your licence and it will be dropped

Squeeling tires in parkinglot - could be considered either dangerous driving (criminal code) or even mischief to property - under / over.. or trespass to property.. so yes he had a reason to pull you over.

When you are oper. a car on highway you need 3 things. permit, drivers licence, and proof of insurance.

the popo can pull u over just to check on these documents alone.. Just some info for ya..

Cops are always all over that place. Just cause ppl are watching dont be an idiot and squeal your tires. Shi t happens. All there is to it. Fight it see what you can do as mentioned above, but at the end of the day they can pull you over for whatever they want.

i got a ticket for not having my liscense with me and i went to court the next day and spoke to the prosecutor on the 2nd floor. Then I showed him my liscense and boom had it thrown out. Easy.
