I just bought a V-DUB,i was wondering what is the best cam set and chip 2 go with. Also would the chip work if i added a tubro?

you have to know what direction you want to go in before wasting money...

buying cams and a chip for an NA setup won't work well with an FI setup (the chip won't work at all - as timing will be aggressive and the fuel map will not be tailored for boost)

That I don't know... there are a few places locally where you should be able to get one...

although I (personally) wouldn't bother for the 6 HP increase...

notorius VR is right, but H20 in george town does Techtonic chips. they run about 140 ish for just the chip, more if you need the chip soldered. it will add a bit more fuel , raise the rev limiter to 7200 and delete your speed governer. personally i have Autotechs 262 cams, they work really nice and give power to midrange. these cams are only a bit higher then stock, but dont need special springs or retainers. shricl 268s offer nice top end, but to find a set new is dam near impossible. autotech has a group buy on their 262s, i had 178whp and 167tq with a neuspeed chip (which sucks) and i just installed the Techtonics with the 268 cam profile and it hauls *** uptop all the way to about 6800
