Motor

I am looking for a 1.9L motor for a 1996 Ford Escort LX. Any 1.9 from a 1991-1996 LX will fit. I want to check the boards first, the scrap yards want way too much for one. Let me know if anyone has one that they want to get rid of.

Dont need a whole car. Just bought a 1996 Escort and the botton end is going. I only paid $100 for the car and it is in great shape. So $600 is more than I want to spend. Thanks anyways
