If you're talking about a spoiler like the one on the back of Chads black 94, I say go for it. It's your car and you should do what ever you want to it. Are you looking for a new one, or are you asking if someone knows where there might be a used one? You can buy them new all over the place. For a used one, you'll have to look in all the "Parts for Sale" forums.

I think Danielle (camaro94) still has her old one to sell. PM her and ask. Her site still shows it for sale there for $125.

okay so say i don't get the High rise spoiler, everybody the mid-rise spoiler (:confused: i think that's what it's called) i want something different what would you recommend?

Personally I don't mind the mid-rise spoiler but if you get it you need the rest of the car to go along with it. What I mean is with my car I had a 4" cowl induction hood and such. To see it go here - http://www.projectcamaro.net/gallery...images.php?c=6

that's the spoiler i wanted but it doesn't seem to be that hot with everyone else.

I recieved a lot of flack from it but I liked it and that was all the mattered to me. Most people (not here) think the best apperance mods are an SS hood and spoiler and that's it which I think is just stupid.

I like mid rise spoilers... They look good imo.

Its your car not theirs so go with what you like not everybody elses opinion

it doesnt matter who else likes it as long as u do its ur car and everyone here appreciates that we all have what we like and dont like thats why all our cars dont look the same and atleast its not like an ss hood and spoiler like everyone else does when they dont have an ss i hate that

I have it. There's nothing wrong with that spoiler I like it a lot and kind of miss it not being on the car anymore, but it didn't go with the new look, so I took it off and replaced with something different. Mine has some small hairline cracks in it that can be fixed. I'll take some pics of the cracks on my days off this weekend. so you can see for yourself. I just have to find a way to ship it. (It's hard finding a box that big, lol)

And like Chad said the car has to go with it. The hood in particular to balance it out. Something with some height (Cowl, ram-air, big block, etc..)

So you don't think I should put my SS hood on the car cause it's not an SS, and if I do you'll hate it? :headscrat
Well, it's a good thing I agree with the first part of your reply,....cause it really doesn't bother me at all if people don't like it. :) It's not like I'm putting SS badges on it to make people think it's an SS. I happen to think that the SS hood on a 93-97 is one of the best flowing hoods there is with the recessed headlight buckets and the openings in the grill, and then if it has the wingswest front GFX, it makes it flow all that much better.

I've never really cared for the SS spoiler on any car, not even the SS, but I don't think I'd go so far as to say I hate it when people put them on there cars......maybe it's just me, but I wouldn't want anyone to take offence by it. Especially if another member happens to have one?!?! ;)

go to a local drug store like walgreens or CVS and ask they always have large *** boxes to get rid of ......at least mine does

I work at wal-mart, I don't need to go anywhere.. ;) And walmart doesn't have any boxes that will fit it right either. I'm gonna have to make my own.

I believe I might have what your looking for, mid-rise ww spoiler, which someone picked up for me at a swap meet, for $240. All we did was strip the paint off, now it sits. I'll let it go for $125. Let me know.

I think that is what i allready have on my car...at least that is what i have been told and that's what i thought. I am looking for one like on the back of Chad's old Black Camaro.

I also happen to have one from my old car- its like Chads except it has a lip on the rear of it that makes it look thicker from the rear. It also happens to be black so it would hopefully be one less hassle for you.

I took a lot of heat for having it on my car as well, but I liked it and thats all that mattered. The new car has the RS style spoiler which I liked because its different for a different car. I would give it maybe an 8 out of 10, no cracks or anything just normal 'scratches' in the clear from washing it, since you have black you know what I mean.

Let me know if you are interested..I can try and get some pics if you want as well. But I don't want to undercut or jump in front of other people either..the only thing up in the air would be the shippin.

Vince, what you have on your car now is what force was talking about... the 3 piece rs spoiler. The mid rise is what chad had on his car.

Force, post a pic of that first spoiler you talked about, Im interested in seeing it... If vince isnt interested, I may be depending on the price.

I like the spoiler and its ur car so do what makes u happy!

Its just like the one off chads 94, maybe I got the name wrong, but yea, its just like that.

I'll post some pics as soon as I dig it out and clean it up. Its just collecting dust now, might as well let someone else enjoy it.

I'll figure out a price once I look at it again, get it cleaned up and verify its condition. I know it has ZERO cracks in it, but there might be a chip in the paint here or there.

I forgot to add that across the back of it, it reads "ALL THROTTLE NO BOTTLE" in red vinyl lettering. It went well with my car, although some potential buyers might not want to taunt others like I did..:D Either way it should come off easily should the buyer want to remove it.
