WTB: 93-97 SS hood, preferably black

Looking to buy an SS hood for a 93-97 for as little as possible. Pretty much any color will be fine, but black would be nice. Let me know what you have and how much you want for it.

Yea your best bet would be too search around some of the bigger forums or if there is any one ebay, http://feedback.ebay.com/ebaymotors/...id=fparts&iid= contact that guy on ebay email and ask him if he would happen to have one you never know.. he owns a massive f-body, covette etc. junk yard mostly just wrecked and he parts them out on ebay

be ready for outrageous shipping, and damage (we can't ship them since we gaurantee a steel hood will be damaged in shipping, and the shipping cost starts around $200 right now)

find something local homie

Not sure what you're looking to spend on one, but if you're hoping to find one for like $200-$250, I'll just say good luck! :)

I bought mine new a couple months ago for $390. + $15. for the shipping Box. So by the time I owned it, I paid $405. to the guy who makes them, and $114.57 to the Shipping Co. that delivered it,.... for a total of $519.57

That's the cheapest I've seen them for anywhere.........but if your looking for a used one to maybe get it a little cheaper......you'll probably be waiting for a while:(

Most of the ones that I've seen selling used, are still going for around $350. + shipping. Then by the time you have it painted? I hope you find one bud.:)

Another thing also, if you want a GM SS hood it is sooooo expensive I think its like $899 for the hood and if you dont have an ss you have to pay to core which is $1500 so if you have a SS Camaro you have to trade in your old ss hood to get a new one otherwise you will be charged $1500 this is just to keep the SS hoods on SS Camaros.
