WTB: 94-99 Modified civic coupe

Hi, I'm looking to by a 94-99 civic coupe 2dr or 4dr, 5 speed modified civic.

Itheir post here or pm.

Looking for it to be safetied. But etested/cert is a plus.

Also, looking to pay no more than 5500$

i have a 2000 sir 215 km all stock except for an aem cold air intake i have lowering springs for it but never installed them 416 894 8576

its about 30 dollars more a month than an si but theres no substitute for the extra cam and the look and the faces of everyone you pass when you downshift
