Must be all chrome... no black.. looking to spend 100 bucks.. if you have a pair. call me up I'm willing to travel to get them within reason. i live in durham region.

got some projector headlights for a 99/00 civic, they don't look bad on the car look kinda OEM and produce a good light output. No leaks no problems
