WTB - Brake install (calipers - maybe more)

I have a 1994 Acura Integra without ABS.

My passenger side started to squeal on and off yesterday night. Took it over to Canadian Tire and they said it is my caliper seizing - pads and rotors still seem to be okay. I know Can. Tire. is not the best - however they were the only ones open today (Sunday)

I would prefer to grab new calipers for the front end (left and right) and new pads - maybe even stainless steel lines.

Let me know if you or someone you know (near or in Kitchener) would be willing to provide a professional install - and if so - how much.

Looking for a nice deal seeing that Can.Tire. is asking for 2.90 hours including the brake fluid flush. The 2.90 includes time for pads, rotors, calipers and complete brake flush.

Looking for a cash deal and no tax (lol)

Email me at anthony_abdul@hotmail.com

thanks

well the issue is now resolved...

I had a squealing sound coming from the passenger side - and I was told that it may be the caliper seizing....

so I took it in for a look at "canadian tire" and as everyone says they are pretty much out to lunch over there...

they told me I need

(2) new calipers
(2) rotors
and pads

so with install I was looking at $600

I also needed a master cylinder ( this was for sure as when its hot out the pedel goes down to the floor pretty much 1/2 of the time...

so with that and install - $900 should cover it (so they said)

I grabbed new rotors and pads (premium) and calipers and the master cylinder and went over to a shop I used to deal with...

the calipers on my car only needed the sliders cleaned and greased and the car needed new pads... my cross drilled rotors were fine and so was everything else

they also installed my master cylinder and the car is now good to go and this cost me under $300

thanks to those you messeged me - sorry for wasting your time - but I figured with the car being quite old - and since I have replaced calipers in the past - that maybe Canadian Tire was right when they confirmed what I had thought to have been the issue
