WTB: Cheap Cert winter beater
 

Looking for a decent winter beater, Cheap and possibley cert.. (Fake cert works too, not to picky as long as it has brakes lol)
Not to picky on what it is.
Don't care about the condition as long as it gets me through winter.

Oh and No E test needed.
