WTB Rims/Tires

Hello everyone im looking for a set of rims/tires or just some 14 inch winters in good condition. I would like a set of half descent rims with tires 4x100(preferably winters) but will take all season or just 4 14inch winter tires. Not looking to spend more than $250 unless they are really nice.
