K20 into EM2 is actually a very common swap.

Honda and VW are really smart that way. The 2l 16v VW engine and tranny bolt right into a Rabbit also...and the 1994 Jetta that we just bought has a 1.8 8v engine, that is basically a Rabbit GTi engine with Digifant injection system. Boy it's tempting to throw in a 2l 16v into that car. But I promised my wife that it would stay stock. She didn't like the 380 hp rabbit. Don't know why. It was fun to drive. Anyway, that was off topic. Nice clean Civic. :thumbsup
