It is just another version of the Peugeot logo.

I had a older version of 205 with 2.0 gt engine
Let me tell you that car moved and handlled very impressive for it's age and price.
On the canadian market would certanly blow most of the sport compact car fan's brains off but the downfall of the french eng. is its complex maitainance.
Do it and fix it yourself projects are not simple but I guess just takes getting used to.
