Camaro Superfest 2005 - Meissen's Pictures Thread (Updated with Day 2 Pictures)
Well, considering I took 200 pictures (the maximum amount my camera can hold ) I'm not posting them ALL here. So, here is the link to the page http://mifbody.com/modules/4nAlbum/album/superfest2005/
And here are some of my favorites (I actually took more 1st thru 3rd gen pics than 4th gen pics):
Grant, this one's for you:
Unfortunately, stupid me didn't take a picture of the WHOLE car, but I'll do that tomorrow if he's there again... he just got it out of the paint shop FRIDAY (YESTERDAY!) with a total bill of $5,000 just for paint
Danielle, this one's for you:
There were quite a lot of blue Camaros, and I tried to take a picture of every single one just for you (Every time I saw a blue one, I thought "Hey, there's another one Danielle might like..." *snaps picture*).
Unfortunately, these pictures don't do any justice as to how large of a show it was. I took these pictures around 4:00 / 4:30, it was late enough in the day that the one vendor in the bottom of the picture was already clearing his table off... by 1pm they had 300 Camaros. At the height of the crowd, the parking lot was pretty **** near full with only the exception of a few rows way at the back by the dyno being empty.
And then, my nice pic
And the 30th Anniversary SS's group picture that Scott Settlemire (spelling on last name?) wanted... Oh, and let me tell you... I can't mention names but someone slipped and said that they're past the clay model version and it's 1969 retro.
And my top two favorites:

Hay, i guess reincarnation does exsist. Head has a hood drop on him and he breaks into a million pieces here in So. Cali, he shows up at a camaro show on the other side of the country a couple weeks later. Hahahaha
Now that is just bad a$$!!!

It's amazing how many Chevy employees were there that were "in the know." A lot of them were so openly letting hints without saying the exact thing, but there's DEFINITELY the new 5th gen Camaro coming out in a retro 1969 version, the concept will be at the North American International Auto Show 2006 this January in Detroit. One person was saying not until 2015, but if they're doing the concept this January, it's definitely going to happen a lot sooner. I wouldn't be surprised if they're right on track for late 2007 or beginning of 2008.

Yeah. The person that said that was related to SLP performance. From what I heard, GM is in the dog house with SLP because they lost some 50,000 stripe kits that SLP had made and was having stored in a GM warehouse.

Alright, Grant, here's some more pictures of that skull Camaro...
And the random (but really nice) camaro pictures:
This 4th gen won the "Street Lethal Performance Sponsored Best 4th Gen Non-Club Member Award" (lol, great award name, eh?) In all seriousness, though, this Camaro was pushing over 700 last time it was dynoed, and since then had new heads put on and more work done. This was a F***IN nice car!

Oh, and that kinda long away shot of the navy blue Berger camaro... yes, that IS one of the D-I-C-K (**** swear filter) Harrel Camaros. A guy had it trailored here all the way from Las Vegas, with the dealership stuff still on it... it was $119,000-ish. I have more pictures of it up close on my dad's camera, which I still have to get all those pictures and put them on my computer too.
