z-28 screams badass. the 6 said, "look i have wheels" that any old jamoke coulda put on down at the local vatozone or pepboys. Z28 is cleaner looking but looks far from stock at the same time.

I prefer the V6 to the Z28. If you could slap the Z28's powertrain into the V6, and then paint the roof bar and the mirrors black on the V6, you'd have a hot lookin' car.

I have to go with the Z-28 just because I can't stand the factory ground effects and lip spoiler on the V-6. The wheels are definitely my style on the V-6 though. I don't dig the black wheels/polished lip on the Z...I don't like them on hardly any car.

Well for one the ground effects, but you know me. I'm more predisposed to gxf than most. All my cars have had them. I still think your Z would be with the Xenon kit.
Secondly, your spoiler matched the hood on the 6. As much as I love the Freedom design style, it's TOO tall for an SS hood. It doesn't ballance out well. Makes the car look like it's sticking it's *** up in the air. Not saying the Z looks bad but if you went with a VFN 3" SS hood for instance it'd be more complete.
And the wheels... I like your "bling" wheels better style wise. Deep lip, nice simple spokes, and I love the look of the rivits. I agree they wouldn't look right on the Z in chrome but American Racing does sell them in black too. These ones you have on the car look (ironicaly) like the wheels you'd find on a hotwheel. Very plain with no personality.
Dont misunderstand me Derek, I like your Z. The stance, the all black look, (and damned if i wish I had your red halos but I had to share my opionion and after all - thats all it is, just my opionion.

Thats understandable.. I know I downgraded with the wheels for the Z but thats the look I wanted... I wanted to have a simple, coulda came from stock this way but didnt type of look... I really didnt want to get a deep lip again on my Z because I hated cleanin that **** on the 6.. That lip would get all stained up and look like ****.. Plus I went with these wheels because you dont see them on every Camaro like you see C5s,Z06's and ZR1's.. If those rims wernt so popular I would of probably went with one of them because I wanted a simple look..

Oh yea.. I didn't plan on using the SS hood for this car.. I was going to get a Sunoco to go with the spoiler but I was stuck with the SS since I already bought it for the V6.. It would have been alot harder to try to get rid of the SS and get the new sunoco in so I just decided to go with the SS.. But now I think the 2 look good together.. Kinda gives it a sorta racecar look with the sleek hood and the high spoiler..
