You all can joke about the fender height but when you are buildin a car for straight line acceleration you can't have it lowered.
I would love to keep mine lowered but you need the weight transfer to hook up with the horsepower that is gettin made..
Have your jokes and fun now- but when he/I are runnin low 11's lookin to get into 10's we shall see who is laughin then-

Yes, it is possible to get a car into the 10's with different suspension setups, but when you are lookin to get the best possible time, some sacrifices have to made. That was the point of my post-

I measured out the tires, they are only 26.5 inches tall... When I get the Mickey's in there, that will clean up a bit of the gap...
But as Joe said, I don't really care how hi she sits... When I launch, it squats about 3 1/2 inches anyways! I have the rub marks in my REAR fender well to prove it!

-Next is to finish the nitrous install... Really just need to time to do it...
-Then will be the new rims, if I can sell these....
-Then my cage, and redoing the interior in black...
-Already sold one of my catbacks, and my headers; ordering the Kooks 1 7/8 stainless headers and doing a custom X-pipe with two Borla XR-1's
-then I will buy a 6.0 truck block to build my new motor, displacement (You will find out)
then who knows from there

This car is NOT built to win shows... It is built to do one thing... 10's and better in the 1/4 mile...
With that being said... thanks for all the compliments on the few visual mods I do... Hopefully, when the summer rolls around, I will have some 11 and 10 sec times slipd for you guys!
