Crashed in Red Alert. :(
I was driving to work Thursday, of course the rain was comin down good. I came down Schoehnerr and the light at 16 mile was out, took me 15 minutes to get through. I get past 16 and cross over 15 and traffic backs up again. Head on accident at Moravian and Schoehnerr. Great. As I got through that intersection, I looked down and noticed my ABS InOp light was on, "Better not stop hard," I thought. If only I knew what was to come.
As I turned onto 14 mile from Schoehnerr, traffic was somewhat light but there were a handful of cars. Every day I always hate coming through that section because everyone takes Moravian / Red Run and it exits out onto 14 Mile Rd, so people cut through there and then turn onto 14. It's always a cat and mouse game, are you going to turn out infront of me or not? Well, today as I was going down 14 mile, there was a good amount of space between me and the other car... atleast 1/8th of a mile, quite a bit of room. I saw a gold Concorde waiting to turn right onto 14, and I remember thinking "Why isn't he turning, he's got plenty of room?" Well, next thing I know when he had less than 500 yards or so, he crept out... apparently he wanted to get in the left lane. Well, he crept out really slow, instinctively (and trust me, I had to) I hit the brakes pretty darn good.
Immediately hydroplaned. As I fought to control the car, it started sliding towards the curb. "This is good, stay away from the other cars" I thought. Well, I hit the curb with so much force that it bounced me back off the curb towards the left lane. Sure enough, there was a Jeep 4x4 next to me (the boxy kind) and I hit her right infront of her rear passenger wheel. Now, I know that's the WORST place to hit an SUV, so I immediately was praying that she could control. As I hit her, my car pushed her backend to the left as her frontend went right. Hitting her really slowed me down and I was able to stop, but she slid sideways across the right lane up over the curb and into the sidewalk. Thank god she didn't roll.
Thankfully, she was really understanding and she blamed the gold Concorde just as much as I did. No one got a ticket, the police officer deemed it was the Concorde's fault. Well, here's the pics...

damn Brian.. That really sucks. Are you getting any insurance collection out of it? Is this going to be a winter progress? I hope she gets fixed up within 6 months :/
Well now you have a project instead of showing us all up with your mods

Concorde cut infront and drove away like nothing happened, didn't even stop. Thank god, though, because if he would've stopped I'd probably be in jail for manslaughter right now, seriously would've beat him to a pulp.
Damage isn't too bad, new bumper, new fender, some fiberglass repair work on the hood, and I'll need two new ZR1 rims [hopefully insurance will cover that, since it's not stock...]. I do have full coverage, though, and a $500 deductible, so from the sounds of it the only part insurance really is paying for is the paintjob... the bumper costs $105 brand new, the fender costs $75 brand new, the rims I'm guessing will be around $250, so after I purchase the new parts, that's pretty much the deductible. Alignment's pretty messed up, though, from slamming into the curb so hard, so maybe a bent tie rod, maybe just needs a frontend alignment. We'll see. I haven't even really worried about it yet because we have no space in the garage, I'm not having it fixed with a fresh paintjob and then have it sit outside exposed to the winter weather.
