I think is a US only thing. Maybe they cant bring it to Canada b/c something couldnt be passed?

Ive seen a ton in the states when I was in Florida 2 weeks ago.

I have seen one a black one downtown. i think it was on Queen st E and it had U.S plates on it.Some white dude driving it.Had a good look cause he was stuck in traffic going the other way.
