Was it in quicktime? The site only uses flash and Window's media player so that could be it.

I wouldnt use it if I didnt have to.
Just saying its an idea, thats a lot of the reason I u/l vids elsewhere, becuase I cant u/l them here... Lots of people use it because its a major format.
