I have a few of what they look like right out of the box, but I haven't even installed them yet. I went up and test fitted my SS hood last night and took a few photos of that, so before I upload those, I'll run out real quick and install the new EuroLights and then snap a few shots of it. It probably won't look that good until this evening when it gets dark, so I'll take some more then.
Here's the one's I took after I received them..........as you can tell from the photos, I went with the Super Bright BLUE/GOLD ION Bulbs. I already have the Blue/White Xenon-Charged bulbs in my stock housings, so I figured I try something different. These are suppose to project a lot more Blue color when they're lit.......as you can tell from the last picture with the flash.

If you go into the "ASK GRANT" Forum, and click on: "Str8upChevy's Concept", you'll see a sample of what it will look like within the next two months. Before the end of spring anyway, I'm hoping to have it ready for a few car shows.

Otherwise I just lay down my back seat, and wrap each of them in a very thick Beach Towel. I've never had more than just one other person in my car with me, so it's never been a problem just putting the rear seat down, and sticking them back there.
Besides.........having my system back there is far more important to me that having a couple slots for my tops. I've never so much as put a single scratch on any of my t-tops, in the 5 cars I've had them in.

its like looking in a mirror. you probably wont be suprised to hear that i like it :-)
got any under-the-hood pictures?
i was curious when i saw it earlier. ive seen quite a few lowered pre98's with the ww kit but ive never asked. how badly beat up is the bottom of the front piece. i know that even at stock height you have to be very careful. my driveway is fairly steep, and i have to cut it hard to avoid hitting the front piece, and i always hit the WW black air dam piece. are you using the stock deflector or the one from ww?

I'm ashamed to admit that I haven't got that far with the car yet. Aside from the few intake mods and the red STB, it's bone stock and dirty as hell. One of the bad things about having a daily driver and living in Seattle is, in the 6 months I've owned it, it's rained at least 90% of the time.......so until the weather clears up a little, and I have a chance to detail it, it will definitely remain Top-Secret.
As far as scraping the front piece,....I've been very careful about being like a hawk and always looking out for those inclines and areas that would cause me to scrape. So far I've been lucky and haven't touched anything.......but as we all know, I doubt I can go forever without scraping on something.
I'm actually just running the stock air-dam right now. I never even thought about it until tonight when I was reading a reply from Chad in another post, about having a bigger one that WW sent him. I've recently been running about 10-15 degrees hotter, but never put two-n-two together.
Obviously this will be on my priority list of things to get right away, along with the manual fan switch conversion.
I suppose I should at least go out and take a few pictures of my engine compartment so that I have some before shots of it. That way after I get it all fancy'd up, it will make it look that much better to have a before and after shot of it side by side. So here's the thing bud ~...... I guess I'd be lying if I said I didn't use your car as a model of achievement for what I wanted when I realized I was going to be buying a White 96. I seen Chads as well, but it was much easier to picture mine being at this stage after seeing yours in white. (I Loved it immedietly after I saw it)
The only thing now is, I'll soon be painting the roof panel black, and after my SS hood is on it, (April 14th) my painter will be laying down a Candy Tangerine Flame job over the front end of it. I'm just feeling the need to add some color to mine, and with the Concept that Grant did......I found that need. It's definitely gonna to be loud and attract a lot of attention, but since I'll be turning 40 this summer, I'm feeling the need to get a little crazy for a change.
Well, I guess if I don't end this reply soon, I may have to get a publisher ...J/K
