no its not. look at the middle shot on top, the rear valence is smooth...i've seen this kit before, its like the wings west but the front holes are smaller and the rear is smooth. i have no idea what it is though...

Yeah, I love the spoiler too. As far as the kit, well, no idea. All the mods and such you're seeing came with the car. Yeah, new rims couldn't hurt, but that's down the line. Needs a new paint job and a hood alignment first. (oh, and some suspension work, but that's being taken care of)
