yea i tried, and the best I could do was 9.5's, buying tires for wheels that wide would cost a lot of $$...yea

Every vehicle has a stated tire pressure, its not across the board like that. It should be on the vehicle build sticker on the door sill or door itself.

but then you change tire brands, or size, or add accessories or speakers to your car and that guide on the door is useless. Best way to adjust the tire pressure is to put some white powder on the ground about 2 foot long or so, and roll across it and look at the tracks left, if it's lighter contact on the edges lower the pressure a few psi, if in the middle is missing then raise the pressure, do this for each tire and they will be set very close to ideal for your car
