I was just suggesting... why dont you sell those wheels, and get different ones? I thought your wheels stuck out better before as chrome than your black zr1s.

Not a problem, I know what it's like when you do something like that and no one listens.

thanks for the oppinion mike, i think C5's might look cooler too, personally i would like to put black Z06's on it, but i cant get much for these, at least not enough to buy new Z06's and i dont wanna even try to do it. im happy with them for the time being especially since i was able to buy them back off the Z for so little.

See now it makes a little more sense to me, this way you can run your wider tires in the back..now it all comes together.

Originally I thought you went out and bought ZR1's for the T/A, which at the time I kept my mouth shut. And yes, I do have WS6 wheels on my car, but only because I was sick of seeing everyone do an SS hood and ZR1 wheels, so while me saying "Keep it Pontiac" is putting my foot in my mouth, I personally think WS6 look better on a Z than ZR1 on a T/A- make sense? Guess I should have explained a little more on my last comment I made.

So back to your original question-

To put it bluntly, it seems as though you are trying to hard to add color to your car. I would honestly stick with your original idea of the tint, indicators and such. I do like the idea and look of black rims, but I don't think the ZR1's flow with your car, but maybe thats because I'm used to seeing them on Chevy's not Pontiacs.

I would leave them the way they are, I think in the long run you will be better off. I bet in a year once you save some quarters you could get more for them chrome than you could with them black.

i understand there are lots of other choices that would look way better, but like i said, money and the oppurtunity came and i said for sure i want them back cause IMO i like them better than stock and they arent seen as much. down the road i will prolly get black Z06 wheels or some really neat multispoke wheels(i agree the ZR1s dont go as well on a T/A as they do on a camaro, but like i said before, theyre different a were a great deal) if i am satisfied with the performance and everything else down the road and i have some denaro, i will look into something else, until then im liking these.

again thanks for all comments and oppinions.
